Although we feel confident to provide this, unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong.
We have a 48-hour policy to feedback on any dissatisfaction with your Sushi, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to contact us. Please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at 07739 734682.
Local deliveries are delivered directly via the Uramaki Team or AnTeams which is a local delivery company to Nottingham.
For Nationwide deliveries, we use APC Courier services. Your order Travels at your Own Risk and APC is not prepared to offer any liability cover whatsoever for perishable items, they will, however, deliver your sushi as a priority along with other perishable items.
As our product is perishable, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds but are happy to book a re-delivery of your order if this is not to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.
We cannot deliver to Scotland, Ireland, or The Channel Isles.
